Your Trusted Partner for Migration Law:

I offer comprehensive legal advice and representation nationwide—both in and out of court, for immigration-related issues, including:

Visa Matters

I guide you through the often complicated process of obtaining a German visa—whether for employment, study, apprenticeship, family visits, or other purposes, enabling you to focus fully on your plans in Germany.

Residence Law: Residence & Permanent Settlement Permits

My services include applying for and extending fictional certificates (Fiktionsbescheinigung), residence permits, changing the purpose of stay, as well as applying for unlimited residence permits and EU unlimited residence permits.

Study & Vocational Training

Planning to study, complete an apprenticeship or vocational training in Germany? I support you at every step—from obtaining a national visa for preparatory courses at a vocational college to approvals from the Federal Employment Agency for qualified training. If you intend to change your specialization or university, I will assist with updating your supplementary sheet to your residence permit.

I also offer competent legal advice on topics such as vocational training toleration (Ausbildungsduldung), enabling you to stay in Germany during qualified vocational training.

My aim is to pave the way for you to a successful academic or professional career in Germany.

Skilled Immigration

Whether you’re pursuing an EU Blue Card (especially for shortage occupations), an Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte), or a Job Seeker Visa—I guide you through the entire process. If your foreign qualification requires verification, I assist you with the recognition process, comparability check (Vergleichbarkeitsprüfung), and obtaining a deficiency notice (Defizitbescheid). Should your profession require recognition exams or equivalency assessments, I support you with these procedures as well, including visa applications for entry to complete specialist knowledge examinations or the accelerated procedure for skilled workers.

Family Reunification

I help facilitate spouse visas (including visas for marriage in Germany), child reunification and parent reunification. If your application has been rejected by the German Embassy, your process encounters delays, or urgency arises, I evaluate whether a remonstration, appeal to the administrative court, or expedited court procedure (Eilantrag) is appropriate, guiding you toward the best possible outcome.

EU Freedom of Movement

I can provide you with expert support on family reunification, in particular spousal reunification, parental reunification with an adult EU child and the right of residence for parents with minor EU children. I can also advise you on the permanent residency card (Daueraufenthaltskarte), which can be applied for after five years of residence in Germany, if certain requirements are fulfilled.

Access to the Labor Market: Work Permit & Approval of the Employment Agency

If you are changing jobs and need a work permit, I effectively represent your interests before the Federal Employment Agency and immigration authorities, ensuring that your applications are processed promptly and accurately. A key factor is compliance with the minimum salary threshold and the legal requirements for qualified employment in the employment contract, as well as the correct completion of the “Declaration of Employment” (Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsverhältnis). Special regulations apply to shortage occupations and training applications.

Employer Advisory: Compliance & Risk Management

Employing third-country nationals requires compliance with strict regulations. I help employers quickly secure necessary work permits, review the employment contracts from a migration law perspective, manage legal obligations, and confidently handle compliance checks by immigration authorities and customs.

Naturalization & Citizenship

Are you wondering whether an appointment is absolutely necessary to apply for a German passport, or if you already meet all the requirements? Do you want to know if you need to submit a language certificate, and if so, which one? Are you uncertain about how to prove special integration achievements under the new legal regulations? I guide you through every step—from assessing the prerequisites to submitting the naturalization application.

Have you already submitted the application yourself and have been waiting for months for a response? If your naturalization authority is unresponsive, a lawsuit for inaction (Untätigkeitsklage) can expedite the process. Book an appointment with me to discuss the next steps.

Are there further complications, such as an identity issue, delaying your procedure? In such cases, I stand by your side with my experience.

German Citizenship Clarifications

If you have any questions regarding the re-acquisition of German citizenship or the determination of German citizenship for you/your children, I will provide you with clear advice. My aim is to show you your options and guide you safely through the legal requirements.
